More on the Cebu Hospital Video Scandal

Doc Emer, respected Filipino doctor blogger, weighs in on the Cebu Hospital Video Scandal. In his post, he attempts to explain the reason why there were so many people in the operating room, what he think went wrong, what local code of ethics state regarding the matter of patient privacy, and Filipino humor.

So far, I have not heard of any suspensions or fines. I hope the doctors and nurses involved get more than a slap on the wrist.
